The Role

MindSpot is expanding and seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the promotion of the MindSpot brand and corporate identity. Work in a small and dedicated team to support the growth of an innovative online and telephone-based virtual mental health clinic. Key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Working closely and collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy for the MindSpot clinics.
  • Managing and coordinating marketing activities across traditional and contemporary media in accordance with MindSpot’s strategic objectives.
  • Overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of future digital solutions in conjunction with the Content Development team.
  • Ensuring a coordinated approach to marketing efforts to build brand awareness and consumer reach within specified target groups.
  • Overseeing the planning and coordination of conference sponsorship, trade shows, and major events in consultation with the Senior Management Team.
  • Building strategic relationships with industry partners and key stakeholders.
  • Evaluating and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for future activities.

About You

You will be an experienced Marketing Manager with demonstrable experience in building brands.  Your experience in creating marketing strategies and campaigns will be highly regarded.  With an understanding of public relations (particularly in the health sector) and networking skills, you will be instrumental in setting up the new Marketing arm of MindSpot.  You are best described as a go-getter, someone who is hands on and eager to deliver what it takes to see this growing organisation meet its goals.

  • Demonstrable experience in building brands.
  • Experience in creating marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Abreast with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, including social media, content marketing and Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • Access to an existing networks of health industry stakeholders.
  • Proven skills in content design for briefings, blogs, newsletter items and websites.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
